To explore The Story of a Gesture in greater depth, the Reading the Myth events return on 13 and 27 September at 5:30 p.m., offering a journey through ancient texts and art. The visit begins with an examination of the Meleager sarcophagus, followed by a reinterpretation of the myth through the voices of ancient authors—from Homer to Ovid—who handed down different versions of the story.

Among this autumn’s new developments, the In corso guided tours will double: every Saturday, two tours will be available, at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., with a new admission price of €16, including the entrance ticket.

The Art Pavilion welcomes a new project devoted to social cooperation. Africa: Being Reborn Every Day by Zacharia Mbutha opens on Friday, 18 September. Organised by Koinonia Onlus with the support of the Fondazione Luigi Rovati, the exhibition will be open to visitors free of charge until 27 September.
