Audioguide
The audio guide has been designed to offer visitors a personalised museum experience: based on indoor location tracking, it automatically activates content when visitors enter a space or approach an exhibit, also offering the option to activate additional in-depth information.

The museum is located in Area C (ZTL) and the nearest paid parking is Park Majno, access on Viale Majno.
Disabled parking is available near the entrance to the Museum, on the opposite side of the street.

Access to the garden is free
Children
The baby changing table is located inside the restrooms on the second floor (main floor).
For safety reasons, baby carriages, baby carriers and strollers are not allowed in the museum rooms.
Two lightweight strollers are available at the ticket office for young visitors six months and older.
Accessibility
The elevator is accessible and serves all floors.
The museum provides a wheelchair and a magnifying glass free of charge, available upon request at the ticket office.
Toilets
All floors of the tour route are equipped with restrooms, accessible to visitors with disabilities. The bathroom on the main floor is equipped with a changing table.
Cafe Bistro
Café Bistrot Andrea Aprea overlooks the Palace garden.
Photos and videos
Photography without the use of flash is permitted for personal use only. The use of tripods or telescopic sticks is not permitted. Professional photographs and video footage must be approved in advance by the Fondazione by writing to press@fondazioneluigirovati.org.
Wardrobe
Next to the ticket office are lockers for free storage of personal items.
The dimensions are 39.5 x 42 x 40 cm.
Each locker is equipped with a numbered key to be returned when collecting one's belongings.
Outside these spaces it is not possible to deposit one's personal belongings.
The Foundation will not be responsible in case of theft, damage or loss.
Any items may be inspected and refused entry at the discretion of Security.
Umbrellas are not allowed in museum spaces. Storage is at the checkroom.

The shop is located in the entrance hall, next to the Museum entrance.
Managed in collaboration with Johan & Levi, offers a wide a selection of stationery, clothing and accessories made especially for the Museum, as well as a wealth of editorial offerings related to museum themes.
Sketching
Pencils, pads and sketchbooks are allowed inside the halls. However, inks, paints and easels are not allowed.
Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the Museum.
A dog sitting service can be booked through Bauadvisor.
Full access to the Art Museum is allowed only for guide dogs and assistance and psychological support dogs.
