100 Covers of the Future: young people’s visions of the future
A competition promoted by Economy Group and the Fondazione Imprese e Competenze per il Made in Italy, bringing together young creatives, schools, universities and academies.
Fondazione Luigi Rovati is the project’s cultural partner and will host the final exhibition in Milan.
What does the future of work look like? And what about the future of the economy, society and Made in Italy?
These questions lie at the heart of 100 Copertine di Futuro (100 Covers of the Future), a creative competition promoted by Economy Group, in collaboration with the Fondazione Imprese e Competenze per il Made in Italy, inviting creatives under 30 to express their vision of the future through an image.
Launched to mark Economy magazine’s 100th cover, the project brings together creativity, education and local communities.
It involves universities, academies and upper secondary schools, inviting them to explore the changes shaping work, the economy, society and Italy’s production system.
Participating educational and cultural institutions include Politecnico di Milano, Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli, IED, Scuola del Fumetto di Milano, ACCA Academy di Jesi, LIUC and Istituto Marangoni, alongside many other partners.
Fondazione Luigi Rovati is a partner of 100 Copertine di Futuro and will host the final exhibition of the works in Milan, from 26 November to 4 December 2026.
The exhibition will mark the culmination of a journey from classrooms and learning spaces to a cultural venue open to the public, bringing young people’s visions of the future together into a collective narrative and encouraging dialogue between generations.
The project aims to build a bridge between generations, education, creativity and industry, giving a voice to those imagining tomorrow’s world today.
The competition is open to creatives under 30, who are invited to design a magazine cover expressing their vision of the future of work, the economy and society.
Entries must be submitted by 15 October 2026.
