BookCity Milano 0–6
Read-aloud session led by volunteers from the Patto per la lettura Milano

Conversation Free access

To mark BookCity Milano 2026, the Fondazione Luigi Rovati presents a programme of talks exploring art, literature and history, featuring Edmund de Waal, Jan Brokken, Francesco Vezzoli, Laura Pepe and Dario Biagi.

An event for young children featuring readings by volunteers from the Patto per la lettura Milano will take place on Sunday 29 November at 11 am, lasting approximately 45 minutes. The initiative is part of BookCity Milano 0–6, a new project supported by Fondazione Cariplo within the framework of Anita – L’infanzia prima, and in collaboration with local centres in the Mimì – Milano Mille Giorni network. Conceived as a citywide programme running alongside the main festival, the project offers talks, performances, workshops and seminars for children and families, teachers and educators, exploring the role of reading in cognitive, emotional and social development from the earliest years of life.

Admission to the talks is free. Booking is recommended.
Tickets for the talks do not include admission to the Art Museum.
Recordings of the talks will be published on the Fondazione’s YouTube channel.
