Art cure

On Tuesday, November 10, at 6:00 p.m., as part of the book tour, the book L’arte che cura. Nuove evidenze scientificheby Daisy Fancourt (published by Fondazione Luigi Rovati) will be presented. The author and Lucio Rovati, honorary president of the Foundation, will speak at the event*.

The book brings together decades of research on the relationship between artistic experiences, health, and well-being, analyzing the biological, psychological, and social mechanisms through which the arts contribute to prevention and treatment.

The Italian edition is published under the imprint of the Luigi Rovati Foundation, which has long been committed to studying and exploring the relationships between art, health, and well-being through research projects and cultural and scientific initiatives.

The publication is enriched by an introduction by Pier Luigi Sacco, Catterina Seia, and Annalisa Cicerchia of the CCW Cultural Welfare Center, which has stood alongside the Foundation from the very beginning in promoting art as a resource for well-being.

The event is organized by the Luigi Rovati Foundation under the patronage of ICOM Italia and CCW.
