Leonardo Cremonini. Study Meeting

Giovedì 5 giugno

On the centenary of the birth of Leonardo Cremonini (1925–2010), Fondazione Luigi Rovati is organizing a study meeting dedicated to one of the most significant and radical interpreters of painting in the second half of the twentieth century.

Held in collaboration with the Archivio Leonardo Cremonini, this event marks the artist’s centenary with a moment of reflection and dialogue on his work, thought, and legacy. Cremonini consciously maintained a free and eccentric position within the international artistic and intellectual landscape.

Through a multi-voiced conversation, the meeting aims to explore the complexity of his research, offering an updated reading of his practice and questioning its relevance today.
